Current Position Available:

We are currently looking to fill a Full Time - Year Round Position maintaining residential properties in Sherwood Park, AB.

Next 4 Months (Dec. thru Mar.) $4,000/month Salary + $500 Bonus/month (responsible for Snow Removal at 35-40 residential properties, using snow blowers, backpack blowers, shovels, & scrapers). Spring & Summer Performers make $30+/hour with 40+ hours/week.

Snow Removal Job Requirements

  • Must have class 5 Drivers License for a minimum of 3 years, and Provide Clean Drivers Abstract.
  • Be able to safely drive a pickup truck on icy roads.
  • Be On Call 6 days a week (Sundays are optional).
  • Work Up to 12 hour shifts following a snow storm.
  • Be physically and mentally fit.
  • The job can be Physically Demanding and Requires Working in Adverse Weather Conditions.
  • Be able to check in daily, and show up on time when scheduled to work.
  • Work is Exclusively in Sherwood Park. The Right Candidate will be able to work independently or as a team and demonstrate required skills.
  • Follow Instructions, pay attention to details.
  • Communicate Fluently in English

Experience Prerequisites

  • 2 Years Professional Lawn Care & Snow Removal Experience Preferred
  • 1 Year as a Crew Lead or Manager Preferred.
  • 1 Year Experience Maintaining Small Engine Equipment Preferred.
  • 1 Year as a Professional Driver preferred.
