The Big Task

Support our licensed electricians in residential and commercial electrical work while developing your technical skills and professionalism. Learn to diagnose, repair, and install systems safely and efficiently under supervision.

Key Sub-Tasks

  • Assist with electrical service, repairs, and installations.
  • Communicate with dispatch, your lead tech, and the installation team.
  • Keep your work area, tools, and company vehicle clean and organized.
  • Maintain accurate job notes and paperwork through ServiceTitan.
  • Attend and participate in company and safety training sessions.
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on every job.
  • Work toward completing your apprenticeship hours and required coursework.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Registered Electrical Apprentice (1st–4th year).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in the electrical trade.
  • Excellent attitude, reliability, and communication skills.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Desire for long-term growth in the electrical and service industry.
