About the Assistant General Manager Role:

  • As the Assistant General Manager, you work directly with the General Manager to lead all aspects of the business.
  • You are responsible for sales growth, cost controls, adherence of all standards, development & retention of your team, repairs & maintenance.
  • The two primary goals for the business are; Profitable growth in Guest counts & greater retention of Team Members.
  • This is a full-time Salaried Management position reporting directly to the GM.

Assistant General Manager Earnings & Perks:
