About Us

We're expanding our Ottawa Service Centre team and are looking for a high-energy Junior Agent, passionate about customer service, problem-solving, and helping clients with important document needs.

Position: Junior Agent (Full Time)

Location: Ottawa, Ontario

Language Requirement: Fluent in French & English (written and spoken)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Role Responsibilities

As a Junior Agent, you will:

  • Assist clients in person, by phone, and by email regarding apostille, authentication, and legalization processes.
  • Review and verify documentation for accuracy before submission.
  • Prepare client files and support logistics for document shipping and tracking.
  • Provide bilingual customer support and ensure a smooth, stress-free client experience.
  • Coordinate with internal team members and partner service centres across Canada.
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English (required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficient with email, online platforms, and basic office software.
  • Prior experience in office administration, client care, legal services, or logistics is considered an asset.
