About the Role

Wallwin Integrated Systems is a trusted contractor specializing in security systems,access control, and structured cabling across Ontario. We're seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Barrie office. This is an in-office position, ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, supporting field technicians, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and installations.
  • Track and manage open service tickets, parts orders, quotes, and warranty claims.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and technicians to confirm appointments, updates, and job status.
  • Prepare job details, service reports, and related documentation for billing and recordkeeping.
  • Prioritize service requests based on urgency, customer impact, and available resources.

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, you thrive when managing many moving parts.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management skills.
  • Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination in a construction or security service environment is a strong asset.
