The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Quality Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting product disposition and non conformances processes
• Managing suppliers process as country representative
• Managing document control & records process
• Supporting learning program for RAQ LATAM/Canada teams
• Providing Certificates for customers (internal/ external)
• Managing administrative tasks
• Oversighting and data entry and trending of Stability studies
• Willingness to be on-call if batch releases are required during weekends or extended holidays
• Please note: This is not an exhaustive listing but represents the main tasks supporting LATAM/Canada

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a health or engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• One (1) year of Medical Device, Drugs or Natural Health Products quality experience
• Good Manufacturing Practices training
• Background in microbiology
• Bilingual in French and English
• ISO13485 Lead auditor
• Skills include good team building; critical mindset on regulatory/standards attributes; risk escalation perceptiveness; problem solving; quality management systems profile
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Minitab, SAP. Progress toward ASQ certification as a Quality Engineer is recommended.

Work location: Halton, Ontario

Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to the Distribution Centre near Halton, Ontario as needed)

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international.
