Key Responsibilities

  • Follow supervisor directions and maintain open, clear communication.
  • Contribute to a respectful, safe, and positive workplace culture.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate unresolved problems.
  • Operate safely and consistently using required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting 100+ lbs repeatedly.
  • Strong time management skills and focus on productivity.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to accept and apply feedback.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 100 lbs.
  • Standing for long periods.
  • Regular walking, bending, crouching, and reaching throughout the shift.
  • Handling and carrying of wet linens on a consistent basis.

Mental Requirements

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in sequencing tasks and maintaining production flow.
  • Commitment to safe operation and care of all washing equipment.

Work Environment

  • Varying facility conditions by season (hot in summer, cool in winter).
  • Exposure to noise and heat from machinery.
  • All equipment meets safety standards, and PPE is provided and encouraged.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
