TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a M365 & AI Solutions Specialist position in Pickering, ON.

The Microsoft 365 Specialist is a key contributor within the Business Solutions team, responsible for driving the effective use, optimization, and continuous improvement of the organization's Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environment. The Specialist serves as the organization's lead learner for Microsoft Copilot and related AI technologies, proactively evaluating new features, testing potential use cases, and training employees on AI-enhanced workflows that reduce manual effort and strengthen decision-making.

Ideal candidates are creative problem-solvers with a strong curiosity for technology, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to translate ideas into automation-driven solutions that enhance productivity across all departments.

  • Partners with department heads and key stakeholders to collect, investigate, and validate user-generated ideas for process improvements, assessing feasibility, expected benefit, and alignment with business goals
  • Experiments with new Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities; identifies practical use cases where AI can reduce manual effort, improve quality, or enhance decision-making across departments and communicates recommendations to department heads and leadership.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains solutions such as automated workflows (Power Automate), data-collection forms (MS Forms), and collaborative SharePoint sites.
  • Maintains a structured, self-directed learning path, continuously building expertise in SharePoint administration, workflow automation, AI prompt engineering, and Microsoft's evolving feature set.
