Lead Installer – Millwork / Finish Carpentry

Location: Greater Vancouver Area (Project-Based)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Installer with a strong background in millwork and finish carpentry for high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in the precise installation of architectural elements, able to work independently or lead a small crew, and can adapt to various scopes based on project needs. Project locations vary throughout the Lower Mainland.

Responsibilities:

  • Install custom-built components and fixtures with precision and care
  • Lead and coordinate installation tasks, ensuring high standards and efficiency
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and site instructions accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
  • Identify and resolve site issues proactively
  • Adapt to changing scopes and site requirements as directed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in millwork or finish carpentry, especially in high-rise or multi-unit residential settings
  • Strong understanding of installation techniques for detailed interior components
  • Ability to lead or work as part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with hand and power tools; strong problem-solving ability
  • Physically fit and able to lift, move, and install large components
  • English communication skills required
  • Valid driver's license is an asset; truck-driving experience is a plus
  • Experience in related trades (drywall, painting, masonry, CNC, estimating) is a bonus
