Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Collect relevant patient information and create/update patient records on the computer
  • Prepare prescription orders by following the filling protocol

Maintain pharmacy stock through inventory control systems

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and other community members

Qualifications

  • Experience using PharmaclikRX is an asset
  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Motivated, driven personality with the ability to take initiative
  • Ability to provide device demonstration to patients

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in more than one store location on occasion
