About Us:

Cuteness Overloaded Childcare is a new licensed childcare facility that offers a safe, nurturing, and play-based learning environment for children. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Infant Toddler Educator (ECE IT) to join our team.

You will be working with another lead IT teacher and some experience would work.

Wage:

  • Infant & Toddler Educator (ECE IT): $20–$26/hour ( including wage enhancement)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based activities that support children's development.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Provide individualized care and guidance to meet each child's needs.
  • Create and maintain daily routines (feeding, diapering, toileting, napping) for infants and toddlers as required.
  • Observe, monitor, and document children's growth and developmental progress.
  • Support the development of social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.
  • Encourage positive behavior through modeling, guidance, and consistency.
  • Communicate effectively with parents about children's daily experiences, routines, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and professional team environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom at all times.

Requirements:

  • Valid BC License to Practice as an ECE IT .
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Clear Criminal Record Check from the Ministry of Justice.
  • 3 positive references.
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
