Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with some flexibility in hours
Wage range: $ $52.81 in accordance with the HSA Collective Agreement Health Science Professionals Subsector

The OSNS Child and Youth Development Centre is a vibrant, not-for-profit organization providing clinical intervention and support services to children with a variety of developmental conditions.
We work in a family-centered, child-focused environment and enjoy close community partnerships. We are continuously evolving to reflect the best practices of intervention. This SLP role functions as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team and will require that our Centre's vision and values be represented with spirit and professionalism.
We are seeking a team member who believes in clinical collaboration and knowledge sharing. Effective partnerships with families require strong communication skills and clinical experience.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Membership in the College of Speech and Hearing Health Care Professionals of BC
- Registered or eligible for the RASP
- Ability to lead or co-lead groups with children and or caregivers
- Two years of paediatric experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clinical judgment and competence (i.,.: implementing functional and measurable goals towards meaningful outcomes)
- Acceptable Criminal Record Check
- Valid Driver's License
- Professional References
