We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled individual who can take on both Dental Assistant and Receptionist duties. You will be responsible for supporting our dental team in delivering excellent patient care, while also assisting with front desk tasks and providing a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits.
  • Verify insurance information and handle billing inquiries.
  • Process payments and maintain patient accounts.
  • Manage patient flow to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate patient follow-ups and maintain a welcoming office environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist is preferred
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
  • Ability to perform dental assisting tasks such as taking X-rays and sterilizing instruments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of dental office management software is a plus.
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
