Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and dedicated Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential to providing an excellent customer experience by managing all aspects of order entry, coordinating shipping, and maintaining close contact with our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a professional phone manner, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and provide all necessary paperwork for packing, loading, and shipping.
  • Maintain and nurture assigned customer accounts, following up on order statuses regularly.
  • Monitor back orders to ensure they are prepared for timely delivery or pick-up.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent support over the phone.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Sage 300 experience is an asset (training will be provided if needed).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
