Service Engineer - Windsor, ON, Canada

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers in your territory.
  • Coordinate service activities and installations for delivered equipment.
  • Lead and assist customers during installation, start-up, and operational phases.
  • Respond promptly to emergency service calls and on-site needs.
  • Act as an off-site project leader, guiding technicians and ensuring top-quality results.

What You Bring

  • Education: Associate's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Technology — or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, understanding of prints and schematics, and CNC machining experience (preferred).
  • Professional Traits:
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to work overtime and travel (approximately 25%, domestic and international)
