**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Instructor Therapist to join our team. The successful applicant will work directly with individuals, implementing individualized treatment plans, and supporting their development through various activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Provide direct therapeutic support in homes, schools, and community settings.

  • Collect data on clients' progress and assist in modifying treatment plans as needed.

  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to promote consistency and effectiveness of interventions.

  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications:**

  • Knowledge of ABA principles and practices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
