  • Hand-Shoveling Crew
  • Snow Blower Operators
  • Light Equipment Assist (walk-behind machines, salt spreaders, site cleanup)

We are hiring reliable, physically fit individuals for on-call winter snow removal. Work is weather-dependent and may include long shifts, overtime, and double-time during major storm events.

Strong performance through winter may lead to full-time landscaping positions in Spring 2026. Requirements

  • Able to perform physical outdoor work (shoveling, lifting, walking in snow)
  • Reliable transportation to meet on-site or at team meet-points
  • Able to work early mornings, late nights, and short-notice callouts
  • Good attitude, punctual, and able to work in a team
