Job Description

We're seeking a driven Sales Rep (Contractor) to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building your own book of business and earning residual income month after month for every client you close.

You'll have the freedom to be your own boss while still having access to the structure, tools, and support of a seasoned agency. We offer weekly training, call recordings, fulfillment handled, and a system that works — so you can focus on what you do best: selling.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, web design, etc.) to small businesses
  • Closed full cycle deals and are confident in handling objections, follow-up, and closing
  • Commission-only or 1099 sales roles before
  • Self-starter who wants structure, not hand-holding
  • Possess C1-level English proficiency, able to speak and write clearly and persuasively in a professional business setting
  • Can communicate clearly and follow through with consistent outreach
  • Familiar with HubSpot CRM and sales tracking tools
  • Produce video intros and handle asynchronous outreach
