Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience with cake decorating and working with laminated doughs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft beautiful and delicious pastries and cakes, as well as learn new production techniques.

Duties

  • Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and standards
  • Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair, ensuring visual appeal
  • Handle food preparation tasks including mixing, baking, and assembling desserts
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations

Skills

  • Proven experience in cake decorating and pastry arts
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail with an artistic eye for presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting

This position offers lots of opportunity to advance skills in European desserts and work alongside a Sr Head Pastry Chef.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
