Our client, a leading creative agency specializing in digital, content, and experiential marketing, is seeking a Producer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to manage creative projects from concept to completion, working closely with designers, strategists, and clients to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Job Overview
The Producer will oversee the end-to-end production process for digital and creative projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, thrives in fast-paced creative environments, and can manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, from kickoff to final delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams—creative, strategy, design, and production—to ensure alignment and quality
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication throughout the project
  • Source and coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and production partners as needed
  • Support creative and technical teams by removing blockers and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Track progress, identify risks, and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on schedule

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager within a creative, digital, or advertising agency
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns, video, digital, and social content production
  • Strong organizational, budgeting, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., , Asana, or Smartsheet)
  • Understanding of creative and production workflows, including design, motion, and post-production processes
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced creative environment
