About Us:

TSE is a full-service talent management and sponsorship agency with headquarters in Toronto and Miami. We represent elite athletes, influencers, and manage brand partnerships across sports and entertainment industries. At Sponsorship Next (SN), we work directly with rights holders — from major events and sports properties to emerging platforms — to help them build high-impact brand partnerships. On the Tonbara Sports & Entertainment (TSE) side, we represent a select roster of athletes and creators with strong market and audience alignment.

Internship Overview:

We're seeking a passionate and driven intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in talent management, sponsorship activation, and sports marketing.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist with athlete and influencer management operations


• Support partnership outreach and activation initiatives


• Help create and manage social media content for clients


• Conduct market research and competitive analysis


• Assist with event coordination and client communications


• Support administrative tasks related to talent management

Requirements:


• Currently enrolled in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related program


• Strong interest in sports, entertainment, and talent management


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office


• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
