Job Overview

We are seeking a a full-time Invoice Clerk - Fleet Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills. This role involves managing various office tasks, supporting staff, and creating daily invoicing. The Invoice Clerk - Fleet Administrator will be responsible for creating daily invoicing, maintaining accurate maintenance records, assisting with data entry, and providing support in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date maintenance records.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing.
  • Upload invoicing through Manhattan and Holman programs.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a transportation office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail..
  • Experience with data entry and clerical tasks is essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
