Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding.
  • Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales.
  • Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise at all times.
  • Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve a wider clientele.
  • Familiarity with Furniture sales is advantageous.
  • Experience with merchandising techniques to create appealing product displays.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
