Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales platforms and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce website, optimizing online presence, and driving sales growth through strategic digital marketing efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO, web development, graphic design, and data analytics to ensure our brand remains competitive in the digital marketplace. The E-Commerce Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, increase traffic, and improve conversion rates across all online channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
  • Manage and optimize the company's website using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Utilize Google Ads, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Design engaging graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design tools.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers through targeted messaging.
  • Analyze website data and customer behavior using analytics tools to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with current digital marketing trends.
  • Maintain accurate product listings, inventory updates, and pricing information on the e-commerce platform.
  • Ensure website compliance with industry standards and best practices for security and accessibility.

Experience

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in WordPress development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles.
  • Experience with Google Ads campaigns management and keyword research techniques.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.
  • Ability to develop creative content aligned with brand strategy while maintaining technical proficiency in web development tools.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
