Through our training division — Sea to Sky Safety Academy — we provide industry-recognized courses including Construction Safety Officer (CSO), First Aid, and specialized trade readiness programs. Our goal is to build safer, smarter, and better-prepared crews who can step onto site ready to perform and lead.

Construction Safety Officer / Level 3 First Aid (North Vancouver)

Location: Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday) until Nov 1, then 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Tuesday–Saturday)

Start Date: Immediate

Wage: Negotiable for the right candidate

We're hiring a Construction Safety Officer (CSO) or Level 3 First Aid Attendant (or equivalent) to join our team on a 6-storey apartment build in North Vancouver.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience on active construction sites (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of WorkSafe BC and OSHA standards
  • Able to perform and document site-specific safety tasks and maintain all required paperwork
  • Hands-on role — must be comfortable helping the site team when needed
  • Basic construction knowledge and ability to operate small tools
  • Additional tickets (e.g., Traffic Control / Flagging) are a major asset
  • Professional, reliable, and safety-driven

Schedule Details:

  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM until November 1
  • After November 1: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or until all workers are off-site, Tuesday – Saturday

This is an immediate start position. Competitive wages offered based on experience and qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
