As demand continues to grow, we're adding a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to our team.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome, engage, and build relationships with customers — in person, online, and by phone
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable new and pre-owned vehicles
- Conduct walkarounds and test drives that highlight key features and benefits
- Present transparent purchase, lease, and finance options
- Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up to support long-term loyalty
- Stay current on Chevrolet, Buick & GMC product knowledge, incentives, and technology
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, appointments, and sales activity
- Collaborate with management, finance, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What You Bring:
- Prior sales experience (automotive, retail, or customer service) is an asset — training provided
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, professional, customer-first mindset
- Driven, organized, and coachable with a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable using computers, digital retail tools, and CRM systems
