Match Retail est à la recherche de Conseillers(ères) en ventes de café dynamiques et axé(e)s sur les résultats pour représenter une marque de machines à café haut de gamme au sein de Costco.À titre de Conseiller(ère) en ventes, vous interagirez avec les clients, présenterez les principales caractéristiques du produit et contribuerez activement à stimuler les ventes dans un environnement de vente au détail animé. Si vous êtes une personne proactive, sociable et passionnée par la vente, ce poste est une excellente occasion de démontrer vos compétences.

Responsabilités principales

  • Accueillir et engager activement les clients tout en présentant les avantages du produit afin d'offrir une expérience d'achat exceptionnelle.

  • Évaluer les besoins des clients et recommander les machines à café appropriées pour maximiser les ventes.

  • Travailler de façon autonome au kiosque en maintenant un espace attrayant et bien organisé.

  • Développer et maintenir un haut niveau de connaissance des produits pour répondre efficacement aux questions des clients.

  • Atteindre ou dépasser constamment les objectifs de vente fixés.

Ce que nous offrons

  • Durée du programme : du 21 octobre 2025 au 1er décembre 2025, avec possibilité de participation à de futurs programmes.

  • Horaire : 24 heures par semaine, avec possibilité de travail supplémentaire sur appel jusqu'à 40 heures par semaine.

  • Rémunération : 25 $/h + primes de vente par machine vendue.

  • Formation : formation en ligne rémunérée (horaire à confirmer).

Profil recherché

  • Minimum de 6 mois d'expérience en vente au détail, idéalement avec des objectifs ou incitatifs de performance.

  • Capacité démontrée à atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente.

  • À l'aise pour initier des conversations, interagir avec les clients et conclure des ventes.

  • Capacité à s'épanouir dans un environnement de vente animé et à fort achalandage.

  • Expérience préalable dans un Costco ou en vente au détail (un atout).

  • Personnalité énergique, extravertie et accueillante.

  • Accès à un véhicule requis.

  • Certification valide en manipulation des aliments obligatoire.

  • Disponibilité complète entre 8 h et 20 h 30.

Position OverviewMatch Retail is seeking energetic and results-driven Coffee Sales Advisors to represent a premium coffee machine brand within Costco. As a Coffee Sales Advisor, you will engage with customers, highlight key product features, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. If you are an outgoing and proactive individual with a passion for sales, this role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers, effectively communicate product benefits, and create a compelling shopping experience.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable coffee machines to drive sales.
  • Work independently at the kiosk, ensuring an inviting and organized display.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

What We Offer 

  • Program Duration: October 21, 2025 – December 1, 2025, with potential opportunities for future programs.
  • Hours: 24 hours per week, with on-call opportunity for additional hours upto to 40 hours a week
  • Compensation: $25 per hour + sales incentives per machine sold.
  • Training: Paid online training (schedule to be confirmed).

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience, ideally with sales targets or incentives.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations, engaging customers, and closing sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast-paced retail setting.
  • Previous experience in Costco or retail sales is an asset.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Access to a vehicle is required.
  • Valid Food Handler Certification is required.
  • Full availability 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM.
