Overview

Comfort Crew Collective is seeking passionate Twitch creators ready to grow their brand and turn content creation into a sustainable career.

As part of Comfort Crew's Creator Division, you'll collaborate with our Creative Director and marketing team to refine your Twitch presence, design your branding, and develop a strategy that helps you grow — while keeping the majority of your earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use created consistent, high-quality Twitch content that reflects your personality and niche. (We'll walk you through this or do it for you.)
  • Work with Comfort Crew's Creative Director to design banners, overlays, and alerts.
  • Follow your personalized growth and branding plan.
  • Engage positively with your audience and community.
  • Participate in monthly check-ins or mentorship calls.

Earnings & Structure

  • 60%–90% profit share — Comfort Crew only earns when you do.
  • No upfront fees or subscription costs.
  • Optional brand collaborations and sponsor introductions available.

Growth Opportunity

Top creators may advance to featured partner status, receive sponsorship guidance, or collaborate directly with Comfort Crew's creative campaigns.

Job Type: Casual / Remote

Pay: Varies by creator activity and revenue — typically $100–$1,000+ per month depending on growth and performance.
