This position is commission-based with an industry leading aggressive pay plan, with bonuses paid on performance.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Arranging financing and leasing with lenders and preparing accurate documentation.
- Analyze the client's financial history and help determine what suits their needs finance, or lease.
- Sell value in offered insurances, warranties, and after-sale products through a customer-focused presentation for all new and pre-owned vehicle purchases.
- Process client's documentation in a timely and efficient manner.
- Promote a team environment.
- Responsible for meeting performance metrics in the finance department.
- Build relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of rates and approvals.
- Support product advisors by being available to help close deals to increase sales ratios and profits.
- Assist with the sales team by mediating conflicts, responding to inquiries, and assigning tasks.
- Offering an exceptional customer experience each and every time.
Preferred candidates will have:
- Previous experience in financial services and/or the automotive industry.
- Automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional sales, management, and organizational skills.
- Technology savvy.
