This position is commission-based with an industry leading aggressive pay plan, with bonuses paid on performance.

Must be available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Arranging financing and leasing with lenders and preparing accurate documentation.
  • Analyze the client's financial history and help determine what suits their needs finance, or lease.
  • Sell value in offered insurances, warranties, and after-sale products through a customer-focused presentation for all new and pre-owned vehicle purchases.
  • Process client's documentation in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Promote a team environment.
  • Responsible for meeting performance metrics in the finance department.
  • Build relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of rates and approvals.
  • Support product advisors by being available to help close deals to increase sales ratios and profits.
  • Assist with the sales team by mediating conflicts, responding to inquiries, and assigning tasks.
  • Offering an exceptional customer experience each and every time.

Preferred candidates will have:

  • Previous experience in financial services and/or the automotive industry.
  • Automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional sales, management, and organizational skills.
  • Technology savvy.
