As we expand, we're looking for a skilled and service-driven IT Helpdesk Technician to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations.

Position Overview:

The IT Helpdesk Technician will provide first-line technical support to internal users, maintain hardware and software systems, and assist with IT infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of supporting both office and warehouse technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and networked systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Configure, install, and maintain workstations and peripheral equipment
  • Monitor and maintain internal ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
  • Support user account management, email systems, and software licensing
  • Assist with system backups, updates, and data security procedures
  • Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs and technical support when required
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking principles
  • Experience with inventory systems, POS systems, or ERP software is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear support to non-technical users
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset but not required
