Duties & Responsibilities:

· Provides support and assists in planning and facilitating early years TICTAC, Kids Movement (Grades 4-6), Family Night, and Youth group programs (Gr.7-8-School Night Out and Gr.9-12–Youth Open Space) which includes:

  • Planning and preparing snacks and meals for programs.

  • Planning and facilitating arts, crafts, and activities for the program.

  • Setup and cleanup of room for activities and meals and can include fieldtrips.

· Builds and promotes engagement and positive development through active involvement, healthy relationship building and boundaries with participants, positive mentorship and well-developed communication skills.

· Ensures the goals and objectives of the program are met within a team environment.

Qualifications:

· At least one-year previous related experience in program delivery. A related degree or certificate in social services or related discipline is preferred.

· Demonstrated working knowledge of community-based programs and program development.

· Excellent communication and healthy relationship building skills and boundaries.

Hours of Work: 31 hours per week, Monday-Thursday- split shifts, evenings and may include weekends as required.

Compensation: $21- $23 per hour (+ Benefits); dependent on qualifications and experience.

Start Date: January 5, 2026
