Position Type: Casual, Evenings / Weekends

Term: March – October 2026

Location: Various regions across Atlantic Canada (NS, PEI, NB, NFLD)

WHAT TO EXPECT

In this role, you can expect a fun, fast-paced summer filled with festivals, community events, and in-store tastings. Depending on your area, the role may focus primarily on liquor-store tastings, while other regions will have more event-heavy schedules. You'll spend your time engaging with customers - sampling products, answering questions, and representing the Coldstream brand with confidence and positivity. Events can get busy, so you'll be on your feet, setting up displays and lifting products throughout your shifts. Scheduling is flexible, with most shifts being in the evenings and on weekends, depending on the event calendar. You'll receive full training, ongoing support, and all the tools you need to feel confident at every shift, all while working with a supportive and energetic team.

YOUR ROLE

Our Summer Experience Team is the face of Coldstream during our busiest and most exciting season. As part of this team, you'll bring our brand to life at community events, festivals, liquor store tastings, and on-site activations across the region. You'll help consumers discover our products, create memorable experiences, and support our retail and event partners with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.

This role is perfect for someone who loves being out in the community, enjoys interacting with the public, and wants a fun and dynamic summer job with a fast-growing beverage company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Experience Team, you'll help bring Coldstream to life wherever we show up. While responsibilities can vary based on the event and your region, your responsibilities may include:

• Represent Coldstream at festivals, tastings, pop-ups, and community events.
• Providing tasting samples to guests in corporate liquor stores and at events.
• Engage customers in a friendly, authentic way and create a positive brand experience.
• Set up and tear down event materials (tents, signage, coolers, product, etc.).
• Work collaboratively with a team or independently, to deliver a smooth, fun and memorable guest experience.
• Capture event photos/content as needed for internal and social use.
• Track sampling numbers, notes, and event feedback and submit post-event reports.
• Maintain professionalism at all times and follow all serving and safety guidelines.

QULAIFICATIONS

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Must have, or be willing to obtain, a Responsible Beverage Training Certificate applicable to your province (Smart Serve, Safe Serve, etc.)
• Able to work evenings and weekends (when most events occur).
• Must be available for a minimum of two weekends a month.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (product, coolers, event gear, etc).

Qualifications considered a strong asset:

• Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, customer service, retail, or events.
• Knowledge of Coldstream products.
• Ability to travel within your region for events.
