As the
Content Marketing Manager
, you'll lead the strategy, creation, and distribution of compelling content that elevates IREN's brand, engages technical and commercial audiences, and supports every stage of the customer journey - from awareness to conversion to advocacy.
You'll play a critical role in translating complex infrastructure and AI topics into impactful narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers, developers, investors, and the broader technology ecosystem. This role blends creativity and strategic thinking with strong executional ability and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or editorial roles - preferably in B2B tech, AI, cloud, or infrastructure sectors
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio that demonstrates range and depth across formats and audiences
- Ability to take complex technical topics and turn them into accessible, engaging narratives
- Experience working cross-functionally with subject matter experts, sales, product, and executive stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and comfort managing external partners (agencies, writers, designers)
- Data-driven approach with experience using content performance metrics to inform strategy
- Deep interest in the AI/cloud space and a desire to help shape how this next-generation infrastructure is understood in the market
Job Responsibilities
Content strategy & ownership:
- Define and own IREN's content strategy across web, campaigns, social, and executive communications
- Align content programs with brand positioning, commercial goals, and customer lifecycle stages
- Build and maintain a strategic editorial calendar tied to key launches, GTM priorities, events, and moments in the AI/cloud industry
Messaging & thought leadership:
- Translate technical and commercial narratives into clear, differentiated content for target personas including CTOs, AI Engineers, Product Managers, Developers, and Infrastructure Leads
- Partner with internal SMEs and executives to develop content for thought leadership, keynote presentations, whitepapers, and industry commentary
- Support analyst relations and PR teams with content that positions IREN as a credible, category-defining voice in infrastructure
Content production & distribution:
- Lead the creation of high-quality content across formats - blogs, case studies, video scripts, landing pages, social posts, event materials, and internal communications
- Manage content workflows from concept to execution, including agency partners and freelance contributors as needed
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, AI Tech Evangelist, commercial, design, and digital teams to ensure consistency and maximize reach
Customer & event content:
- Develop compelling customer stories, including case studies, testimonials, and event narratives that showcase IREN's real-world impact
- Support brand and commercial efforts at industry events by creating tailored content for speaking engagements, booths, and follow-up campaigns
Performance & optimization:
- Use analytics tools to measure content performance, audience engagement, and conversion
- Test and refine messaging and formats based on real-time feedback and campaign results
- Ensure every piece of content maps back to a business objective - whether brand awareness, lead generation, or sales enablement
