Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting with various aspects of construction relatedprojects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality on-site. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to successful project completion. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment
  • Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up fencing, and organizing tools
  • Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, operating basic tools, and performing manual tasks
  • Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment
  • Assist with site cleanup and organization at the end of each workday
  • Help with the installation of structures, excavation, backfilling or other construction components under supervision
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project timelines

Skills

  • Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
  • Basic understanding of construction safety procedures and protocols
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse tasks on-site
  • Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
  • Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation to job sites
