A personal shopper is a part-time role focused on fulfilling online grocery orders, which involves accurately picking and packing items for customers, handling transactions, and communicating with customers about their orders.

Role and responsibilities

• Fulfilling orders: Accurately shopping for and picking customer orders from the store.
• Customer service: Providing customer service, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Order management: Contacting customers for substitutions or to confirm product choices.
• Transaction processing: Accurately scanning and processing customer transactions

What you'll do

• Provide great customer service
• Scan products and process customer transactions accurately
• Support in the delivery of company-directed promotions and programs
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Keep the register area neat and stocked with essential supplies
• Assist customers with general inquiries
• Maintain a positive environment in the store

• Able to move 25lbs and remain in a stationary or standing position for entire shifts
