Role Description
The team coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the team members as they provide industry-leading insurance and risk advisory services. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in commercial insurance and consulting. The role involves assisting with administrative functions, client communications, and team coordination, ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual looking to develop expertise in insurance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and documentation for consulting team
  • Assist with preparation of client deliverables and reports
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, and stakeholders to collect information for insurance reviews
  • Maintain and organize project files and databases
  • Support team members with research and administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Skills And Experience

  • University or college degree.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in French and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and willingness to learn new technology platforms
