Job Title: Level II Dental Assistant/Receptionist – ABC Dental Only for Kids

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation: Pay to be negotiated based on experience and qualifications

We are a warm and welcoming pediatric dental office dedicated to creating positive dental experiences for children. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality care in a fun, kid-friendly environment. We're looking for a dependable and motivated team player to join us in a dual role as a Level II Dental Assistant/Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

Clinical (Dental Assisting)

· Assist the dentist with pediatric procedures

· Take and process dental X-rays (must be HARP certified)

· Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments

· Maintain infection control and patient safety protocols

Administrative (Front Desk)

· Greet and check in patients

· Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software (Cleardent)

· Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality

· Handle insurance billing, claims, and inquiries

· Answer phones and respond to patient questions

Requirements:

· Level II Dental Assistant certification

· Valid HARP certification (required)

· Current CPR certification

· Experience in a pediatric dental setting preferred

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Friendly, professional demeanor and a love for working with children

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
