The Opportunity
We're looking for a licensed hair stylist to join our friendly, professional team. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time hours, or chair rental, we offer flexible scheduling and multiple compensation options to fit your career goals.

What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional hair services including cuts, color, highlights, and styling
- Build lasting relationships with a diverse clientele (families, seniors, professionals)
- Deliver personalized consultations and honest, results-driven recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Stay current with hair trends and techniques
- Contribute to our warm, family-friendly salon atmosphere
Requirements
Must Have:
- Valid Alberta cosmetology license
- 1-2+ years of professional salon experience
- Strong technical skills in cuts and color services
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about the beauty industry
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with balayage, highlights, and color correction
- Comfortable working with all ages (kids, adults, seniors)
- Knowledge of professional product lines
Schedule & Availability
- Full-time or part-time positions available
- Flexible hours: Mix of weekdays, weekends, and evenings
- Start date: Immediately
