As a Senior Product Designer, you will contribute to complete product areas, exploring, experimenting, and crafting innovative solutions within cross-functional squads. This role demands a designer ready to uncover user needs, explore and validate new concepts through research and prototyping, craft high-quality experiences leveraging tools like Figma, and proactively help shape the future of beauty tech services alongside a team of skilled peers.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will:

• Apply User Research & Concept Validation: Engage in user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) to gather insights, then visualize, prototype, test and validate new design concepts for virtual try-on and emerging beauty tech services.
• Advocate for User-Centered Design: Support user needs and collaborate with product, tech, and business teams, ensuring design decisions are informed by data and aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to End-to-End Design: Contribute to the design of our Virtual Try-On, CMS, and exploratory concepts from ideation to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, ensuring iteration and refinement based on user feedback.
• Be an Engaged Member of Our Team: Collaborate with design, tech, and product teams across our portfolio through weekly rituals, including critique and brainstorming sessions, elevating our processes and output.

You'll stand out if:

You have a proven track record of contributing to the successful shipment of multiple digital products, ideally with experience in consumer-facing applications or innovative technologies like AR/AI, utilizing industry-standard tools like Figma and agile methodology.

Hard Skills & Core Design Expertise:

• User Research Methodologies: Proficiency in various qualitative and quantitative user research methods and the ability to extract actionable insights.
• Design Iteration & Prototyping: Skill in rapid concept exploration, prototyping, and iterative design based on feedback.
• Figma Proficiency: Advanced command of Figma for wireframing, high-fidelity design, interactive prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
• Interaction Design: Knowledge of designing user flows and interactions for digital experiences.
• Visual Design: Understanding of visual principles to create clear and branded product interfaces built for scale.
• Information Architecture & UX Writing: Skill in structuring content and writing clear in-product copy.

Interpersonal & Collaborative Skills:

• Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively within diverse cross-functional teams, articulate design decisions, and influence product outcomes.
• Facilitation: Skills in leading design discussions and workshops.
• Empathy: An understanding for users and colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment.
