We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager with strong business acumen and a passion for growth. This leadership role goes beyond day-to-day pharmacy operations, you will be instrumental in driving business development and forging community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Identify growth opportunities and lead strategic outreach to physicians, care facilities, and community organizations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement initiatives to increase revenue and service offerings

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Pharmacist in BC with managerial experience
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently in the community to grow the business

*** Due to our patient demographic, the candidate must be able to speak Cantonese and Mandarin. Familiarity with Kroll is an asset.***
