Craigleith Ski Club is seeking friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Front of House Attendants for the 2025/26 winter season. This is a part-time, seasonal opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

About the Role

As a Front of House Attendant, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience to our members and guests. You'll help ensure our dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming while supporting the flow of food and beverage service. Duties include processing transactions, restocking supplies, assisting with catering and buffet setups, and maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere throughout the Club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Process food and beverage purchases using the POS system accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of cafeteria and front-of-house areas
  • Restock self-serve stations (condiments, beverages, utensils, napkins, etc.)
  • Assist with buffet and catering service, including setup, replenishment, and clean-up
  • Communicate supply needs to supervisors or kitchen staff as needed
  • Support a positive, team-oriented workplace

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or food service experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
  • Smart Serve certification considered an asset
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Position Details

  • Type: Part-Time, Seasonal
  • Schedule: Primarily weekends and holidays throughout the winter season
  • Term: Employment expected to end on or about April 30, 2026, subject to weather and Club operations
  • Location: 164 Craigleith Road, The Blue Mountains, ON
