Responsibilities

  • Design and create floral arrangements for various events, including weddings, funerals, and special occasions.
  • Maintain the appearance of the shop by ensuring flowers are fresh and displays are visually appealing.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their selections and offering recommendations based on their needs.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with merchandising to promote sales effectively.
  • Engage in landscape maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all plants are healthy and thriving.
  • Utilize e-commerce platforms to manage online orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers, fostering a positive shopping environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in floral design or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
