Infinity Properties is one of the premier residential developers in the Fraser Valley and we are looking to grow our Sales & Marketing team Over the past 20 years, we have provided over 3,000 single and multi-family units to new and excited homeowners and our mission is to continue and expand this tradition. Infinity currently develops and sells approximately 120 residential units and between 70 and 100 single family lots each year, with the goal of increasing this production year over year.
About Your Role
Successfully manage a sales team and deliver the full Infinity sales experience. This will include top tier service with the Realtor community and all interactions with prospective buyers (in person, on the phone or by email/text). This role is full time and will be primarily based in our on-site presentation centre and show homes. As Sales Manager, you would be reporting directly to the Director or Sales & Marketing and be responsible for the implementation and direct supervision of the following:
Sales
The Sales Manager would be the face of Infinity Properties to the public and the Realtor community. All sales related activities would be within the scope of work.
- Working in the sales centre during regular business hours (typically Sat - Wed from 12-5pm) with flexibility to work outside these hours for sales launches, meetings, events, etc.
- Deliver a positive brand experience that best represents Infinity's core values
- Following the appropriate process and communicating with the Sales Coordinator throughout the sales process
- Attend a weekly / bi-weekly sales and marketing meeting as required
- Contract execution & management with Avesdo
- Should have a high level of understanding of purchase agreements, disclosure statements, assignments, relevant laws and ethical standards
- Phone call campaigns for events, grand openings, sales launches, as required
- Communicating with buyers and/or Realtors throughout the sales process
- Supporting the administration of legal documentation and buyer obligations through completion
- Tracking all visitors (and any pertinent information) to the presentation centre
- Full engagement with our database of registrants in our CRM – responding to inquiries, tracking, prospecting, etc.
- Overseeing the appearance of the presentation centre and show homes to ensure they're always looking their best
- Maintaining the MLS listings – ensure the MLS strategy is being executed and updating as required (this would include submitting new listings, updating images, copy, etc.)
Monitoring & Research
In order to run an effective sales program, it's imperative that internal and external data be continually updated. Proper monitoring and research will ensure Infinity is able to make well-informed decisions and provide the best chance for success.
- Track daily site visitors
- Prepare a weekly sales and activity report
- Communicate (gathering intel) with other sales associates at competing projects on a regular basis (monthly)
- Maintain a spreadsheet of competitors offerings – pricing, # sold in the past month, and incentives, etc.
- Review and extrapolate data from MLS - new and used (new listings, price reductions, sales) that may be seen as competitive product
- Providing strategic recommendations to the Sales Director, including pricing strategy, promotional initiatives, and event opportunities, with a focus on driving absorption while supporting upward pricing momentum
- Participate in strategy and planning sessions – this may include product development and/or marketing strategies prior to launch
- Reporting to the Sales & Marketing team on any changes suggested to the current sales strategy
What You Bring
You will ideally bring the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in new home sales preferably in a similar role
- Strong computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
- Experience in sales software (Avesdo) and customer relationship software (Spark or Lasso)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
