Senior Procurement Specialist (Government Contract Quality Control) - National Capital Region

Seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist
to provide high-level professional services to a key Canadian Federal Government department in the National Capital Region (NCR).

This critical, four-year contract opportunity (with an option to extend) focuses on leading contract quality assurance and compliance for large-scale procurements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing formal
    quality assurance reviews
    of complex procurement and contracting documentation (over ) to ensure adherence to Canadian Federal Government policies, trade agreements, and security regulations.
  • Reviewing and/or developing a full range of documentation, including RFPs, Statements of Work, Procurement Plans, and Contract documents.
  • Providing strategic recommendations and training to improve procurement processes and mitigate risk.
  • Working predominantly
    on-site
    in the NCR.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years
    of demonstrated experience performing quality assurance reviews on Canadian Federal Government contracts.
  • Minimum 8+ years
    of demonstrated experience developing and/or reviewing full procurement and contracting documentation for the Federal Government of Canada.
  • Must meet the
    Senior Procurement Specialist (Level 3)
    qualification criteria for the TSPS Supply Arrangement.
  • Must hold or be eligible to obtain a
    Secret
    personnel security clearance.
  • Fluency in
    English
    (oral and written) is required.
