| Your challenges ?

The role involves the following tasks and responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.
  • Design and develop complex software systems and applications.
  • Deliver solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
  • Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
  • Implement and advocate for best practices in software engineering and design patterns.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Lead efforts to refactor and optimize existing codebase for efficiency and maintainability.
  • Maintain and enhance existing software applications to optimize performance and functionality.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and tools to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

| What do we expect from you ?

The minimum required skills necessary for this role :

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Core Java features: class loading, garbage collection, Java Collections ;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience ;
  • API, Multithreading, Concurrency, Reflections API, Java Streams ;
  • Experience working with Spring MVC framework, Spring boot, Rest API, JSON ;
  • Experience with standard DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA ;
  • Hands on with Event Streaming Platforms such as Kafka is a plus ("nice-to-have") ;
  • Hands on with MongoDB from an application developer perspective, is a plus ("nice-to-have").
