Job Title: Store Manager – The Cloud Lounge (Vape Store)

Location: Inside Pickle's Pumps Gas Bar, Nipissing First Nation

About Us:

The Cloud Lounge is a new, modern vape shop located within Pickle's Pumps Gas Bar. We specialize in quality vape products, accessories, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for an organized, knowledgeable, and motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations and help shape the store's success from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling
  • Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
  • Train, supervise, and schedule staff
  • Manage merchandising, displays, and promotions
  • Track sales performance and help develop strategies to grow revenue
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional retail environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles (experience in vape, convenience, or specialty retail is an asset)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of vaping products, trends, and safety regulations preferred
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours
  • Must be 19 years of age or older

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
