Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Your expertise in hair styling, combined with excellent customer service skills, will contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable salon experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options.
  • Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
  • Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and handling payments.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere by building strong relationships with clients through effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in various hair styling techniques and knowledgeable about hair care products.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to upsell services and products confidently.
  • Ability to maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
