What You'll Be Doing
The Director, Global Program Management & Business Operations is a key member of Technology, Innovation and Infrastructure's (TI&I) Global Programs leadership team who focus on executive reporting, business management, communications and engagement initiatives educating and informing the broad TI&I organization and across CIBC. In this role, you and your team will work closely with TI&I's most senior leadership team. You lead the development and execution of Global Programs that includes business management activities. In addition to executive and partner reporting, you will be accountable for SVP / EVP level town halls and leader sessions. This role is an excellent opportunity to work with leaders of all levels across TI&I and CIBC.

How You'll Succeed
- Strong Leadership - lead by example, actively foster collaboration among team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and guide teams through periods of change with confidence and clarity
- Business Reporting - produce a variety of business documents that demonstrate a command of language, clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation. You can gather, analyze and distill information to generate reporting with simplicity, clarity, brevity, accuracy and relevance to the intended audience
- Planning & Execution - provide exceptional planning and orchestration in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Effectively manage multiple activities with varying complexity while under tight timeframes
- Communications and Storytelling - demonstrate ability to communicate complex business strategies and results clearly to senior leadership, and cross-functional teams. Demonstrate experience in developing and delivering impactful presentations tailored to various audiences, including executives and external partners
- Relationship Development and Management - build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication. Foster collaboration across diverse teams to drive results, consistently engaging with colleagues at all levels to build strong, productive relationships and ensure successful outcomes
- Continuous Improvement Mindset - proactively identify and pursue opportunities to advance the business by continuously evolving your approach and embracing new ways of working. Leverage your experience and strong relationships to collaborate across teams in order to assess and enhance services, processes, and procedures
Who You Are
- You can demonstrate 7+ years of progressive experience in business management, strategy, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role. Experience in financial services, banking, or a related sector is preferred.
- You have a Bachelor's degree, MBA and/or relevant graduate degree in a related field
