We're looking for a motivated and creative Sales Coordinator to join our team This role blends customer service, sales support and administrative responsibilities. If you're someone who takes initiative and brings a creative approach to problem solving, we'd love to meet you

Responsibilities:

Order Desk & Reporting

  • Manage sales records, reports and customer databases.
  • Process and track sales orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Serve as a primary contact for client questions, complaints and account inquiries.
  • Coordinate with shipping companies to manage all stock movements, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation and on-time delivery.
  • Prepare various inventory, sales and customer reports to support business operations.

Sales Team Support

  • Support sales growth by assisting in lead generation and follow up activities.
  • Organize and distribute sales materials, updating them when necessary.
  • Contribute to developing marketing campaigns and sales collateral.
  • Occasionally conduct off-site tastings and in-store product demos to build brand awareness and strengthen retail partnerships.
  • Provide occasional delivery support to local customers as required.

Administration

  • Manage all aspects of inventory control, including monthly counts, reconciliation and reporting.
  • Support administrative and accounting functions such as processing payments, managing records, and assisting with AP tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A creative and motivated self-starter who enjoys a mostly office-based role with occasional variety.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required; QuickBooks and Canva experience are assets but not essential for the right candidate.
  • Experience or education in the wine industry is an asset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at problem-solving.
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and have a valid driver's license.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • Employment Type: Full time, on-site
  • Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 per year
  • Location: Kelowna, BC
