Remote Conveyancing Paralegal
 with 
5+ years of experience
 who thrives in a flexible, fast-moving, remote environment.

About the Role

This is a 
remote contract position
. You'll need a reliable computer, internet connection, and a strong understanding of real estate conveyancing. If you love checklists, work independently, and communicate like a pro, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling conveyancing files from open to close
• Experience with sale, purchase, refinance, and mortgage transactions
• Drafting and registering legal documents including land title discharges
• Communicating with clients, legal teams, and financial institutions
• Working autonomously with excellent attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of conveyancing experience

Confidence working independently and remotely

Strong written and verbal communication

A proactive mindset - you don't wait to be asked, you just get it done
